Get excited fashionistas…if you haven’t heard the news than you might want to sit down…Bloomingdale’s Outlet will open TWO stores in Texas this year – one at the Shops at Park Lane in Dallas and the other at Paragon Outlets in Grand Prairie, currently under construction and scheduled to open this summer - the 400,000-square-foot center is going up on the north side of Interstate 20 between SH 360 and Great Southwest Parkway.
Both stores will feature 25,000 square feet of men’s, women’s and children’s apparel and accessories. The Park Lane outlet will open this spring on the ground level across from Saks Off 5th (now that would make for one fabulous duel).
Macy’s Inc., which owns Bloomingdale’s, confirmed the new stores, along with three additional outlets set to open in Merrimack, N.H.; Westbury, N.Y.; and Livermore, Calif. The first Bloomingdale’s Outlets opened its doors in the fall of 2010. With the addition of the new locations, there will be 12 outlet stores total…now who’s ready to shop?
